The Trinity Forum and Intercollegiate Studies Institute hosted geopolitical scholar and best-selling author Francis Fukuyama and respondent Ryan Streeter on “Identity and Dignity.” They discussed themes from Fukuyama’s book, “Identity: The Demand for Dignity and the Politics of Resentment,” and explored the ways in which our search for dignity, recognition, and belonging has the potential to both build community and erode democracy.
