Heidi Metcalf Little serves as the Senior Advisor at the Trinity Forum. She is a philanthropic strategy consultant who helps mission-driven organizations grow their impact. As Vice President and Director of Public Private Partnerships for Geneva Global and Senior Fellow and Deputy Director of the Hudson Institute’s Center for Global Prosperity, Heidi developed strategies to mobilize and measure resources for the purposes of changing lives and minds internationally.
Domestically, Heidi was the founding Executive Director of Partnership for the Future which recently celebrated its 30th year as the largest privately-funded youth workforce development and college preparatory program in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Heidi has also served in policy roles for Virginia Governor George Allen and President George W. Bush. She began her career at Procter & Gamble.
Heidi earned a BA from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy school.
