Colleen Horrocks is the Director of Advancement and Development at the Trinity Forum. She previously worked as a management consultant to the Federal Government with both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting, specializing in strategic planning, organization transformation, learning strategy, and business development. She entered consulting to help organizations translate complex ideas into manageable concepts, and to help individuals make connections between their learned experiences and future success.

A graduate of Messiah College, Colleen came to the DC area in 1998 following work supporting philanthropic event coordination in New York. Colleen was raised in a Coast Guard Family all over the U.S., and now resides with her husband Paul in Arlington.
