Frances Owen is the Communications Manager at the Trinity Forum, where she oversees the website, social media, podcasts, and other Trinity Forum communications. Previously, Frances was the communications associate at the Electric Power Supply Association, a DC-based trade association which represents US competitive power suppliers. Frances studied English and French at Grove City College. While earning her degree, she worked as a tutor in the college’s writing center. She enjoys reading, cooking, music, running, and spending quality time with friends and family.
